What this site and line do
Wasco 24/7 Plumbing runs a website and a 24/7 phone line for plumbing requests in Wasco, Shafter and McFarland, California. The line takes the details of a problem and connects you with a licensed, insured plumber.
The website is informational. You cannot book, pay or submit a request through it, and every request starts with a phone call to the number shown on each page.
Who does the plumbing work
The plumber who comes to your property performs the work and is responsible for it, including the quality of the work and compliance with applicable codes. The dispatch line is responsible for taking your call and arranging the match.
We encourage you to confirm any plumber's license with the Contractors State License Board at cslb.ca.gov before work begins. The about page explains how.
Prices and agreements
The price for a job is set by the plumber after seeing the problem, and it is explained before work starts. Nothing said on the dispatch call or printed on this site is a binding price quote for a specific job.
If the plumber finds a different problem from the one you described, the price may change, and you can approve the new scope or decline it. Any contract for the work is between you and the plumber.
Availability and timing
The line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Same-day appointments are offered when available, and we do not guarantee a particular arrival time, a visit window or that a plumber can reach every address on every day.
Weather, road conditions, the nature of the problem and demand on a given night all affect scheduling. The dispatcher will tell you honestly what is possible when you call.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. See the privacy policy for how recordings and call details are handled.
Emergencies and safety
Information on this site is general. It does not replace the instructions of emergency services or a utility.
In an emergency
- Danger to life. Call 911 first for fire, injury, electrical shock or any situation that threatens people.
- Gas smell. Leave the building on foot and call SoCalGas or 911 from outside. Do not try to fix a gas leak yourself.
- Do-it-yourself work. If you try a repair based on anything on this site, you do so at your own risk. Stop and call a licensed plumber when you are unsure.
Accuracy of the information on the site
Local facts on this site, such as permit offices, water reports and city codes, come from public sources and may change. We try to keep them accurate, but we cannot promise that every detail is current, so confirm with the city or utility before relying on one.
Nothing here is legal, medical or insurance advice. We do not diagnose water quality health risks, and questions about drinking water belong with your water utility.
Limits of responsibility and changes to these terms
To the extent California law allows, Wasco 24/7 Plumbing is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from information on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California consumer protection law.
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top will change when we do. Questions can be raised through the contact page.
Have a plumbing problem now?
The terms are short because the service is simple: call, describe the problem, hear the price, decide.
